Bruce D. Webb
Bruce D. Webb began his oil and gas career in 1978 working as an engineering assistant for Halliburton Alaska in Prudhoe Bay and then on various oil and gas fields in northern Alaska and the Kenai Peninsula. From 1985, he joined the State of Alaska Department of Community and Regional Affairs. In 1992, he changed to the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas. Since 2005, Bruce D. Webb worked again in the private sector in managing and consulting capacities regarding oil and gas permitting, land transactions and environmental compliance. Since 2015, he is President of Helena Energy LLC.
Bruce Ganer is President and CEO of the Sierra Pine Resources International, Inc. consulting company that he founded in 1996. He has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Ganer started his career as field engineer; he holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston. Since 2015, he has been working as project manager and operator for the Helena Energy project in Texas and he manages the drilling activities on site.
